IA-Cluster Presentations: Hi! PARIS showcases its vision for the future of AI
On January 24, 2025, Hi! PARIS had the privilege of presenting its project, Hi! PARIS Cluster 2030, during a visit from Élisabeth Borne, Minister of State and Minister of National Education, Higher Education, and Research; Philippe Baptiste, Minister for Higher Education and Research; and Clara Chappaz, Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs.
This event, held at the Inria Center, was part of a progress update on France’s “IA-clusters” initiative, a nationwide program funded through France 2030 with €360 million dedicated to developing centers of excellence in AI research, education, and innovation.
This visit highlights France’s commitment to AI as a strategic priority, with the AI Action Summit 2025 set for February 10-11. The “IA-clusters” program aims to position France as a global leader by investing in transformative AI initiatives that drive innovation, strengthen research, and expand access to world-class training.
As one of the clusters located on the Saclay plateau, Hi! PARIS is a key contributor to France’s AI strategy. Supported by €70 million, the center focuses on:
Conducting pioneering research to address critical societal and economic challenges.
Driving innovation to support businesses and industries.
Training top-tier AI talent through its comprehensive education programs.
Promoting an inclusive and responsible approach to AI for the common good.
