Hi! PARIS Meet Up! on AI & The Future of Work

Tuesday, January 20, 2026 — 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Station F (Central Room), Paris

As part of the Hi! PARIS Initiatives, a series designed to build thematic working groups around major societal challenges, we are hosting a Meet Up on “AI & the Future of Work.” These initiatives help us understand how our researchers see today’s key issues, while opening the conversation to companies, policymakers, and society at large.

Artificial intelligence is already changing how we work, hire, train, and collaborate. But once we move past the buzzwords, important questions remain: What economic value will these transformations create? What does AI actually mean for workers on the ground? How will companies adapt their practices and organizations? And how can public and private institutions prepare for the shifts ahead?

Our event will explore the economic, social, and sustainable dimensions of these changes, drawing on insights from recent research.

Program
  • Doors open at 5:45 PM.
  • We’ll start at 6:00 PM with opening remarks from Vincent Rapp, Executive Director of Hi! PARIS.
  • Our invited speakers will then share short insights to set the stage.
  • The session will continue with a roundtable bringing together Hi! PARIS experts and industry voices, before opening the floor to an interactive Q&A with the audience. The evening will end with a networking cocktail.
