Hi! PARIS is the interdisciplinary center created by Institut Polytechnique de Paris and HEC Paris to advance research, education, and innovation in artificial intelligence and data science. We work across disciplines and sectors, bringing together researchers to address the complex challenges AI raises for science, business, and society.

Our community includes faculty members, early-career researchers, postdocs, phds, research engineers, working on topics ranging from trustworthy AI and machine learning theory to applied research in climate, health, finance, education, and beyond.

Administrative and Financial Manager (F/M)

  • Position overview

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative and Financial Manager will oversee the consolidated budget of the Hi! PARIS Center, including funding from sponsors, the France 2030 IA Cluster, and other sources. This role involves financial reporting to governance bodies, budgeting, and liaising with IP Paris finance services. The manager also ensures compliance with grant requirements, monitors expenses, leads financial committees, and participates in strategic projects and governance committees. Other responsibilities include drafting and managing partnership agreements, ensuring legal compliance, overseeing audits, and producing financial indicators.
