BEYOND “GENDER BALANCE”: ENABLING THE MAN-WOMAN ALCHEMY WITHIN ORGANIZATIONS
❓  How can we enable, beyond gender balance defined as an equivalent representation of men and women, the alchemy between men and women in our organizations? ❓  May the digital transformation, and the appearance of new scientific careers for men and women, constitute an interesting arena in which to foster man-woman interaction, beyond the risk of having them “parallel work”? ❓  How do organizations deal with this challenge today? ❓  Can we think of different ways to handle the gender transformation under way within our organizations?
