BEYOND “GENDER BALANCE”: ENABLING THE MAN-WOMAN ALCHEMY WITHIN ORGANIZATIONS
How can we enable, beyond gender balance defined as an equivalent representation of men and women, the alchemy between men and women in our organizations?
May the digital transformation, and the appearance of new scientific careers for men and women, constitute an interesting arena in which to foster man-woman interaction, beyond the risk of having them “parallel work”?
How do organizations deal with this challenge today?
Can we think of different ways to handle the gender transformation under way within our organizations?
